Your order will be shipped promptly, usually within a few days. If your entire order is not available for immediate shipment, part of it may be shipped seperately. Leather products may take a few weeks to arrive. Not all sizes are always available and this may cause a delay in shipping. Cancelling an order: Your order must be cancelled within 12 hours of placing it. Orders that are cancelled after this time frame may be charged a 25% restocking fee. No orders can be cancelled after they have been shipped. Special orders cannot accept returns or exchange unless the part is damaged when you receive it or is not what you ordered.  If you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for an exchange or refund. Your refund will exclude the shipping & handling charges.
